Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the service agreement between Jestekid and customers. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Jestekid offers professional automotive services including chassis work, engine tuning, wheels, brakes, and transmission services. All work is performed to industry standards and warranted for workmanship.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless a written arrangement exists
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, card
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise

4. Liability & Warranty

Jestekid warrants workmanship for 12 months from completion. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage caused by improper use. Liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must inform us of any known vehicle defects. Vehicles left on premises for more than 60 days may be subject to storage fees.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details. Data is used only for service delivery and communication.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by German law. Venue is Nürnberg, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
